Temuduga Penguasa Kastam 2014..SPA

Tahniah pada calon2 yg telah lulus peperiksaan atas talian bg jawatan penguasa kastam baru-baru ni...pastinya juga telah dapat tarikh untuk sesi temuduga kan....yg bermula 07 Oktober 2014. Berikut pengalaman saya menjalani interview semalam....bg sesiapa yg bakal hadapinya boleh buat sebagai rujukan... jgn bergantung 100% tau sebab soalan yg ditanya tidak sama tau....

Sebelum

1. Berpakain kemas seperti mana yg di jelaskan dalam portal SPA. Addtional pakai jam n kot ok....

2. Pastikan sampai dilokasi 15minit sblm masa yg dipaparkan pada surat panggilan

3. Pastikan semua dokumen (asal, salinan dan resume bergambar) yg disenaraikan telah dibawa

4. Bawa bersama pen. Nampak mcm kelakar tp tu adalh satu first inpresion tau

5. Susun dokumen ikut urutan (copy - ic-surat beranak-spm-dip-degree-master-phd-sijil2 lain) / (ori dalam file- ic-surat beranak-spm-dip-degree-master-phd-sijil2 lain)

Semasa

1. Bila nama dipanggil, ketuk pintu dan terus masuk. Perhatikan pegawai, kalau muslim beri salam tetapi kalau muslim dan nonmuslim kena la bg salam n ucapan salam sejahtera....Seperti sedia maklum, seorang pegawai adalah dari SPA dan seorang lg adalah dari Jabatan.

 2. Masuk dengan tertib dan serahkan fail. Duduk bila dipersilakan @ minta izin sekiranya tidak dipersila.

3. Jawab soalan mengikut bahasa yg penemuduga guna (BM--BM & BI--BI). Jawab dgn yakin goeng pn x pe.....

contoh sesi temuduga:

1. Penemuduga SPA - Sila perkenalkan diri

Nama, umur asal, status, pendidikan dan pengalaman kerja. Jgn citer panjng2 sbb info dh de kat resume cuma nk ice breaking je

2. Penemuduga SPA - apa persiapan anda sebelum hadiri temuduga

bagi tau apa yg anda baca dan pastikan anda tau apa yg anda ckp sbb nnti akan diminta penerangan

3. Penemuduga SPA - Isu semasa ada baca? Contoh yg berkaitan dgn Kastam

GST dan kes penyelewengan/rasuah oleh pegawai kastam.

4. Penemuduga SPA - apa pandangn awk tentang kes tersebut. Di pejabat awk sekarng ad x kakitnagn yg x beretika, berikan contoh. Seandainya peg awk menerima rasuah/ melakukan perkara x beretika ap yg anda lakukan?

5. Penemuduga Kastam - Ceritan ap persedian awk hadiri temuduga ni berkaitan kastam

6. Penemuduga Kastam - Calon yg berjaya akan menghadri kursus 3 - 6 bulan. bagaimana penerimaan suami dan keluarga?

7. Penemuduga Kastam - Pendapat anda mengenai GST? Bila akan dilaksanakan dan berapa nilai?

8. Penemuduga SPA - if we give u RM 1M, what will you do? 3 Things only

9. Penemuduga SPA - sebelum akhiri, anda ad ap2 soalan?

pastikan anda tnya sekurng-kurangnya tarikh keputusan bg menunjukkn minat anda terhadap jawatan ini

Persiapan akhir temuduga

Pernah x tiba2 dpt call interview n x sempat nk prepare ap2. Aku pernah gak la kena. Call ari ni n suh dtg interview esok. Ad gak, style skrang interview by phone..serta merta plak tu.

Ap nak buat, senang je...save info ni dlm lptp or smartphone masing2...boleh baca bila2 masa je...ni sample je la yg aku guna...korng ubah la ikut kesesuaian....

1. Introduce your self
My name is Norhidayah Amir Hamzah. You can call me Hidayah. I stay in Ampang. I’m graduated       from UUM with Bachelor Communication and majoring in Technology. I have 2 ½ years experience in junior level for Business Analyst and I want future my career.

I can’t say no someone asks for help and I also get nervous when I talk strangers. To speak lie is difficult for me.

With reference to my work experience, I satisfy the entire requirement for this job. I will put all my efforts for a good progress of organization. Being a punctual and sincere, I can finish the work given to me on time and try my best to fulfill all the needs of company from me.

I’m thankful to my previous organization because I have learnt a lot of things from there. According to me changes are necessary for everyone to enhance their skills, knowledge and for personal growth and financial growth. Your organization is the good platform where I can learn more.

8. Salary Requirement

I have experience 2 ½ in this filed. I’m expecting is RM3,000 in basic and add on with some allowances which can help me to maintenance the standard of level of my personal and economical needs.

9. Your career goal

My short goal is to get a job in reputed company where I can utilize my skill and improve my career. My long term goal is to be in respectable position in that organization.
